What Things Make You Happy?
Ask yourself this question. When reflecting (deep thoughts and careful consideration), grab your pen and pater and write it down. What activities make you fell good? Whether it’s walking, skating, bicycling, running, dancing, lifting weights, or swimming? There are so many activities that you can explore. It’s all about connecting with what brings you joy.
It is important to discover what connects you personally. Only you can determine what brings you joy because it is truly about how it makes you feel.
For me, it’s walking. Like Forrest Gump, I walked and walked, chasing those endorphins. To this day, walking remains a powerful connection, allowing me to release that natural chemical that brings me JOY! 🌟 So when you connect with what brings you joy, it does not feel like a task. You become more inclined to do it.
